1.     Return and refund

We offer return, refund and repair of damaged product according to the provision of the law. If the product you purchased from us is damaged or does not function properly, you may be entitled to refund, replacement, or repairs.

  • You received what you ordered, but simply change your mind about the product.

4.     Damage product.

If you discover that the product purchased from us is damage during delivery

  • Report the damage to us immediately upon discovery
  • Ensure that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging It was when it was received
  • We will organize for repair and/or replacement of the damage product provided the damage product is returned within the stipulated period on the receipt of the product

We offer a Fourteen (14) days refund policy for items/orders that do not meet its customer’s expectations or are defective and after other channels do not meet client expectations which include a reprint or a credit to print a new order. Please note that the request for a refund has to be reported within 14 days after receiving orders as we will not make a refund if an order has been delivered and no issue was raised within (14) days after the order was received
